Who we are

ELOR Haven (https://elorhaven.com) is a Georgia-based real estate solutions company that helps homeowners in pre-foreclosure understand their options, avoid the courthouse auction when possible, and choose a path forward with less stress. We provide free one-on-one consultations, share education about how foreclosure works in Georgia, and—when it fits a homeowner’s goals—can purchase properties as-is in the Metro Atlanta area. Our site lets you learn about options, request a session, and contact our team.

Comments

Our site isn’t designed around public comments. If a visitor does leave a comment on a post, we collect the data shown in the comment form plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent to help with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile image (if any) may appear next to your comment.

Media

If you upload files (for example, photos of a property or documents), avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors could potentially download and extract location data from uploaded files.

Cookies

For convenience, if you submit a contact/booking form, you may opt in to save your name, email, and phone in cookies so you don’t have to re-enter details next time (typically lasts up to one year). If a secure login area is enabled (e.g., a client/lead portal), we use cookies to manage your session and display preferences. Standard login cookies last up to two days; display preference cookies may last up to one year; selecting “Remember Me” may extend a login to two weeks. Logging out clears login cookies. If you edit or publish content (admin/editor roles), an additional cookie may be set containing a post ID; it includes no personal data and expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, maps, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you visited the other website. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content (including tracking if you have an account and are logged in to that site).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers we use to operate our business and communicate with you—for example:

  • website hosting, analytics, form and appointment tools,

  • email/SMS/voice providers used for confirmations and follow-ups,

  • document/e-signature, title/closing, or professional advisors only if you move forward with a transaction or as required by law. If you request a password reset for any portal we offer, your IP address may be included in the reset email for security.

How long we retain your data

  • Contact/booking requests & related communications: kept as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, and meet legal/record-keeping requirements.

  • Comments (if enabled): retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-ups automatically.

  • Registered users (if any): we store the personal information in their profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their info at any time (username cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you submitted a form, created an account, or left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you and request that we erase it. This excludes data we’re required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments (if enabled) may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Form submissions are processed securely through our website systems and trusted processors; we use them only to respond to your inquiry, schedule sessions, and provide requested services.

SMS/Text Messaging Policy

  • Purpose: We use SMS only for business communications that you initiate with us—e.g., consultation confirmations, reminders, time-sensitive updates about your property situation, and follow-ups related to your request. We do not send promotional/marketing blasts via SMS.

  • Opt-in: You provide consent when you submit your contact info through our website forms, call/text us directly, or otherwise request information. Our contact page reflects this consent language (“By submitting contact information… you consent to receive calls, SMS, and emails… Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”).

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to end SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email or call us to change your preferences at any time.

  • Frequency & rates: Message frequency varies by conversation. Message/data rates may apply.

  • Data use: We use your phone number and message content only to communicate about your inquiry, appointment, or property-related next steps. We do not sell your phone number.
